Salesforce Report

OBJECTIVE

Salesforce is known for providing industry-leading guidance to its customers through “Trends in” reports published throughout the year. In the spring of 2020, the findings in these reports were more vital than ever as businesses worldwide reinvented the way of working.

SOLUTION

During the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, best practices were changing by the day, and Salesforce needed efficient and relevant designs to support their research. Our foremost goal wasto make this eBook available to industry leaders as quickly as possible and follow up with additional materials afterward.

MY ROLE

As a designer, I collaborated with a writer and Salesforce stakeholders to develop an overall narrative for the piece and design a cover graphic that honored both the way customers expect Salesforce’s characters to appear in the brand and the realities of living through a lockdown.

Early exploration for an infographic to accompany the Media & Communications eBook. The infographic was ultimately scrapped as business needs changed due to the ever-evolving global health crisis in May 2020.
